An endangered, evergreen shrub that prefers well-drained sandy conditions. Wild rosemary is edible, yet may give off a slightly soapy taste to some. It tends to be reminiscent of the taste of rosemary, mixed with lavender, mixed with citrus. It attracts many pollinators during its long bloom season that starts in spring and puts off lavender-colored flowers. If you want to prune it to a desired shape, you should do so in late spring or summer.
