Starry Rosinweed blooms spring through fall with yellow flowers. It is dormant when it is cold. It is found naturally in flatwoods, sandhills, and disturbed areas. To increase blooms and prevent self-seeding, you can deadhead it. Birds may eat the seed and its nectar attracts butterflies and bees.
