Salt Tolerance: Low, Some tolerance of salty wind but not salt spray.

Similar to the Titi except the leaves and flowers are smaller. This variety is typically only found in Northwest Florida. It can be grown as a small tree or large shrub. Showy flowers, can form hedge/thickets along water edges. Can tolerate high amounts of salt spray without injury.

Attracts bees, fruit is eaten by birds and mammals.
