This spring-to-fall to fall blooming flowers in tall stalks of white and lavender. It overwinters as a basal rosette. Attracts a multitude of pollinators, including swallowtails, hairstreaks, skippers, and various native bees. Attracts various pollinators, especially bees..  Documented native bees include Azcgochlora pura, Augochlorella aurata, Azegochloropsis metallica, Anthidiellum perplexurn, Megachile albitarsis, M. brevis pseudobrevis and M. xylocopoides.
